Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
• Appointment setting
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to share insights and contribute to overall sales strategy.
• Partnering with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received and business is growing at accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Travel according to the company requirements

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or sales executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and energetic attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, to effectively manage and analyse customer data.
• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus
• Freshers are encouraged to apply too.
